How it works
- Request. Contact our reception team by email or telephone and ask for an online dental consultation.
- Arrangements. Reception will confirm availability, the fee and payment arrangements before you confirm your appointment.
- Documents. The team will explain which examinations are needed and how to send them. Do not include clinical documents in your initial enquiry.
- Video consultation. You will receive instructions for joining the appointment. The specialist will review your case and discuss possible next steps.
This is a paid service. The fee is confirmed by reception before booking. An online consultation does not replace an in-person examination; a definitive treatment plan requires a clinical examination and any necessary tests.

- A recent panoramic X-ray, if available
- Any CT or CBCT scans
- Previous reports and treatment plans
- A list of your medication and known medical conditions
